After rounds of rigorous R&D and real-world terrain testing, the Nexair XC-32 29er professional XC carbon rim is officially launched. It features an internal width of 32mm, external width of 38mm and a 24mm rim depth, built for all-mountain XC, XCO racing and long-distance XCM endurance riding. Available in 24H/28H/32H spoke hole counts, it meets the demands of pro races, intensive training and advanced off-road riding.

Two weight options are offered: the Flyweight version at 270±10g and standard version at 295±10g, striking a perfect balance between lightweight construction and structural strength. Certified to pass the 100J professional impact test, it delivers superior impact and deformation resistance compared to entry-level recreational rims, handling harsh professional off-road terrains with ease.

Rejecting low-cost mass-production shortcuts, our manufacturing process optimizes carbon fiber layup angles and laminate structures with multiple refined production steps. Excess material weight is trimmed while overall stiffness and fatigue resistance are boosted, delivering well-balanced lightweight performance tailored to XC racing’s core demands of responsiveness, stability and durability.

32mm Optimized Wide Internal Width for Consistent Traction Across All Terrains

Compatible with 2.3"–3.1" mountain bike tires. The wide rim fully supports tire sidewalls to prevent collapse, expanding contact patch area for enhanced cornering stability and off-road grip. Designed for low-pressure riding, it absorbs trail vibrations, reduces pinch flats and punctures, and grants greater handling tolerance on rough terrain.
