All Light Travel packages are covered by insurance for any damage or loss in transit. Contact us (support@lighttravelcycling.com) if you have concerns about your package being lost.
Inspect your package upon delivery and document any transit damages with photos. Report any such damages by email within 7 days after delivery to file a claim. Claims for damages reported after 7 days of arrival will not be accepted.
