Measured data: These fiber rope spokes have a tensile force of 4471.124 N, higher than steel spokes (3499.174 N) and close to carbon fiber spokes (4792.698 N).

3.High toughness: 52% more elasticity, 15% improved vibration absorption

Fiber rope spokes are 52% more elastic than steel spokes and 110% more elastic than carbon fiber spokes. In real-vehicle 3D accelerometer comparison tests, this fiber rope spoke wheelset reduced vibration transmission by approximately 15% compared to steel spoke wheelsets, providing better speed retention on rough roads.

4.Long-term tension stability: no loosening after 30+ days of high-stress testing

Under continuous testing at 200–300 kgf tension for over 30 days, spoke tension remained above 180 kgf. The connection between titanium alloy nipples and fiber spokes showed no loosening or wear, and the spokes were still suitable for wheel assembly after testing. Working tension of the spokes is approximately 100–140 kgf; high tension ensures rapid transfer of pedaling power.

5.Impact resistance and durability: vertical stiffness exceeding EN standards

Impact test: Under extreme impact of 105J, only 2 spokes detached, while the rim and hub remained intact (UCI standard is only 40J).

Fatigue test: After 75 kg radial load, 35 km/h, 5,522 km, and 7,531,263 obstacle impacts, no visible abnormalities were found in the rim/spokes/hub/tire.

Vertical stiffness: The rim only fractured at 678 kgf, exceeding EN standards (carbon fiber rims typically 500–600 kgf)
