Submit your requirements: Provide bike model, wheel size, thru-axle specification, brake type, freehub interface, rider weight, bike weight plus pannier load, road conditions and riding discipline. You may also share your budget and target weight. Full technical parameters are not required.
Compatibility check & quotation: We verify the compatibility of all components, confirm the configuration, finish options, lead time and pricing. Production starts only after confirmation.
Hand-built lacing, tension tuning & stress relief: Experienced wheel builders hand-lace the wheels, set precise spoke tension, true radial and lateral runout, center the dish, and perform stress relief tailored to the spoke type.
Pre-shipment inspection: Every wheel set undergoes full inspection before dispatch: runout, dish alignment, even spoke tension, cosmetics and tubeless sealing test.
Shipping & after-sales service: Worldwide shipping available. Warranty: 5 years for rims, 2 years for hubs, 1 year for spokes. Bearings are considered wear items.
