Engineering-Driven Development — Seven Stages
Every OEM/ODM program runs the same controlled path: from requirement analysis and simulation through CNC steel molds, prototypes, internal testing, and SPC-controlled mass production — with your sign-off at every gate.

Development Path
From requirement to ramp-up
Product requirements and design
Requirement analysis, CAD conceptualization, and FEA simulation model how a design responds to applied forces prior to tooling production.

Design validation
Virtual testing and verification before mold creation.

Mold design and development
High-precision CNC steel molds designed for stable quality.

Product development and testing
Prototype layup plus internal impact and fatigue testing against ISO 4210 / EN thresholds.

Sample delivery
Customer sample approval and ride-feel assessment.

Mass production
Full-scale manufacturing with SPC control. Each product undergoes incoming-material, in-process, and finished-product inspection.

Feedback loop
Post-launch data and continuous refinement.

After sign-off, production moves into the integrated manufacturing ecosystem — the same eight-step sequence and inspection gates used for every Light Travel Cycling rim.
