OEM/ODM Common Questions
MOQ depends on the level of customization. Graphic and decal customization on an existing rim model can start from a small trial batch, while a fully custom mould and layup programme is scoped per project. Send us your specification and target quantity — we will confirm the applicable MOQ and tiered pricing in the quote.
Yes. Full private-label service is available: your brand decals and rim graphics, custom colour schemes, packaging and documentation. For partners that need a differentiated product rather than a rebrand, our engineering team co-develops custom rim platforms from the layup up — over 100 international OEM projects have been delivered this way.
Prototype lead time is confirmed per project after design freeze, and depends on whether a new mould is required. Every sample goes through the same in-house validation path as production parts — impact, fatigue and dimensional checks against ISO 4210 / EN thresholds — before it ships for your ride-feel assessment and approval.
Wheel size and discipline (road, gravel, MTB or e-bike), rim profile preferences, hub and spoke specifications, target weight or stiffness, estimated annual quantity and timeline. CAD files, drawings or a reference product speed up the assessment, but a written brief is enough to start. Quotes with one-on-one engineering consultation are returned within 24 hours.
Our quality system is ISO 9001 certified and follows the automotive-grade IATF 16949 process approach, with SPC-controlled mass production and full batch traceability. Finished products are validated against ISO 4210 and the relevant EN standards, and samples from every batch are destructively lab-tested.
Both. Partners can order OEM carbon rims only — with custom mould, layup and graphics — or fully built wheelsets assembled and tensioned in-house. If you are unsure which fits your supply chain, describe your end product and we will recommend the most cost-effective scope.
