The minimum order is 5 wheelsets (10 rims) for most branding-focused projects. Full ODM development programs are quoted per project scope.
Customization options include layup, rim profile, hub spec, graphics, and finish options — unidirectional-carbon appearance, matte, gloss, or satin finishes. Rim-only and complete-wheelset scopes are both available.
Yes. We offer complete hand-built wheelset assembly as well as rims and other lightweight bike parts — including third-party or customer-supplied hubs.
The process covers requirement analysis, CAD and FEA, design validation, CNC steel mold development, prototype layup, internal testing, sample approval, mass production, and post-launch refinement.
The process includes 100% raw-material validation for T700, T800, and T1000 carbon, rim fatigue and impact testing, incoming-material inspection, in-process inspection, finished-product inspection, and spoke-tension verification for every wheelset.
Each rim is assigned a unique QR code linked to prepreg batch, operator ID, molding parameters, and final QC data.
Custom molds are owned by the customer, with NDA and IP protection available.
Every project runs under its own NDA. Your layup schedule, mold, graphics, and commercial terms are yours alone — customer-owned tooling physically cannot be used for another client's project. Multiple brands trust us with coexistence because the boundaries are contractual and physical, not just promises.
Lead times are 15–30 days, with after-sales technical support, post-launch data review, and continuous refinement.
Yes, samples are available before mass production. We typically charge a sample fee, which is fully refundable once you place a bulk order. Sample lead time is approximately 10–15 days, depending on the complexity of the rim/wheelset configuration. Sample customization options include layup, finish, graphics, and hub compatibility.
