Custom carbon rims engineered and finished to your specifications:

Complete wheelset OEM

Fully assembled, hand-built wheelsets under your brand:

B — 01Your hub spec
Light Travel hubs (road from 215g, MTB Boost from 285g) or third-party hubs including DT Swiss, Chris King, Extralite, Tune, and Carbon-Ti; customer-supplied hubs welcomed.
B — 02Your spoke and build spec
Steel or carbon spokes, 18/20/24/28/32H, hand-laced, 1:1 and 2:1 spoke lacing patterns, tension-balanced, and stress-relieved in-house.
B — 03Tubeless-ready, tape and valves fitted
Every wheelset ships ready to mount.
B — 04Per-wheelset QC
Spoke-tension verification and runout checks before packing.

Commercial terms (FAQ)

Q — 01How are OEM/ODM projects quoted?

OEM/ODM pricing is based on several key factors: carbon layup schedule (material grade and layer arrangement affect cost and weight), mold development (custom molds require a one-time tooling fee, owned by the customer), and quantity tiers (unit price decreases as order volume increases; MOQ is typically 5 wheelsets / 10 rims for custom projects). We provide a detailed quotation breakdown at the project proposal stage so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Q — 02What are the payment terms?

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T) and PayPal. For first-time OEM/ODM projects, we typically require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% before shipment. For repeat orders, terms can be adjusted based on mutual trust.

Q — 03What are the shipping options?

Air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for fast door-to-door delivery; sea freight for cost-effective bulk orders; AliExpress logistics for smaller or platform-based orders. We can also assist with customs clearance and shipping arrangement if needed.
